This picture frame looks simple until you look at it with both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.  Then try it at 640, 800 and 1024 wide screen modes.  The frame will resize to fit all of the screen widths just as you see it here. Use the audio control at the foot to start or stop the optional music. Minimize your screen and drag it around.  Bet you won't see similar auto resizing elsewhere.  We made this frame fairly simple, yours can be as ornate as you wish.
